Hi, I’m Nicole –
I’m an integrative health coach, yoga instructor, educational psychologist, and currently pursuing licensure as a mental health counselor. I help people get to the root of what’s keeping them stuck, (whether it’s anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, sleep issues, or struggles with self-worth) through a whole-person, integrative approach.
Drawing from holistic health and nutrition, psychoeducation, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and evidence-based therapies, I support lasting change from the inside out. My work blends science-backed practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with lifestyle shifts that nourish both body and mind. Together, we look at your nervous system, thought patterns, habits, and core beliefs—so you can feel more grounded, clear, and connected in your life.
As a mom, educator, and lifelong wellness practitioner, I understand what it feels like to carry a lot while trying to keep it all together. My own journey taught me that healing starts with self-awareness and grows through small, powerful shifts.
